High design values drove the upgrade that incorporated the demolition of existing tenancies, eight new tenancies, refurbishment of lobby, feature canopy and creation of an outdoor seating piazza. Tenancies include Roll’d, Famish’d, Tokyo Sushi, Cupcake Queens, and Bon a Manger.
