Cranbourne Park expansion and redevelopment transforms a long-established shopping centre into a stylish and family friendly shopping, dining and entertainment destination.
With Coles, Woolworths, Target and Kmart under one roof, the centre has been extended to include an exciting new fashion and lifestyle precinct featuring Australia’s top brands as well as alfresco cafes, casual licensed restaurants and specialist coffee bars. The existing mall has been rejuvenated with feature ceilings, mall tiling and vibrant shopfront treatments.
Situated on High Street, Cranbourne Park is destined to become the premier shopping destination in the region. The redevelopment adds about 12,500 square metres of retail space. The project included about 70 new and existing tenancies.
Cranbourne Park includes demolition of existing works and adjustments to falls and levels. New underground parking and a shaded roof top car park offer direct centre access. Retail fit outs are of a far higher standard than expected in a suburban centre.
Basso Project Management managed procurement of Category 1 and Category 2 works/building interface works between base building and tenancy fit outs.
