Melbourne – Melbourne Convention Centre

Melbourne Convention Centre is a purpose built facility centre that can seat 5,000 visitors.
Set adjacent to the Yarra River and adjoining the existing Melbourne Exhibition Centre, the project completes the vision for the rejuvenation of the river corridor established by the Southbank development twenty years earlier.

The venue is the largest and most versatile convention and exhibition centre in Australia. Ground breaking technology has ensured the centre delivers on sustainability and innovation through design. It’s the world’s first 6 Star Green Star environmentally rated convention centre.

An elaborate array of internal finishes is a constant source of stimulation and decoration throughout the building. They offer a unique artistic finish rarely found within the fitout of a large public building.

Melbourne Convention Centre’s 5,500 seat Plenary Hall can be divided into three separate halls, each one with its own stage and flexible seating configurations. The centre also has 32 meeting rooms that can be used in multiple modes and a ground level foyer behind an 18 metre high glass facade that can accommodate 8,400 guests.
