357 Collins Street is one of the most environmentally sensitive office developments in Melbourne.

This project re-used the substantial existing structure of the building to minimise environmental impact. The building achieved 4 star Green Star Office Design v3 certification and is targeting a 5 star NABERS Energy rating.

A Variable Air Volume mechanical system provides excellent levels of energy efficiency combined with the highest levels of air quality and user comfort.
