Cumberland Lorne Resort is set on a spectacular seaside location.
Basso Project Management refurbished 99 apartments, restaurant, facilities and swimming pool while the resort remained opened for business. All disruptions had to be minimised while building work continued.
The project at 150 Mountjoy Parade was carried out in stages so the resort could continue to generate income. It was completed in nine months.
Basso Project Management provided much needed morale boosters during the build to keep the building crew focused and enthusiastic.
